Israeli forces and settlers continue to carry out arrests, raids, demolitions, and land grabbing in the occupied West Bank.
The raids were carried out in various areas of the West Bank on Tuesday, according to the Palestinian news agency Wafa.
The Wafa report said that Israeli forces detained 23 Palestinians in Bethlehem, Jenin, Ramallah, Qalqilya and occupied East Jerusalem. Two children were among the detainees.
Also detained was Ahmed Thayer Atta al-Hajj, a 16-year-old Palestinian from the village of Beit Sira, west of Ramallah. He is disabled, Wafa said.
During the Israeli forces’ operation, 12 warehouses and agricultural structures owned by Palestinians were demolished. In addition, demolition notices were issued for a school, several houses and other structures in Yatta, Masaf, south of Hebron.
Faruk Ramadan was shot dead while resisting a settler raid last month. Israeli forces also demolished his home on Tuesday.
Six Palestinians, including two children, were injured in an Israeli raid on the town of Burqa, near Nablus, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society said.
Meanwhile, Israeli settlers have raided several Palestinian villages near Nablus. They have also raided religious places of worship in the Awarta area.
In addition, Israeli heavy equipment demolished an agricultural structure in the Irza area east of Tubas. The structure, measuring 60 square meters (about 646 square feet), was reportedly demolished because it did not have a construction permit.
