Bangladesh Shipping Corporation has announced a recruitment drive for 16 positions in two categories, offering monthly salaries starting from Tk 84,000.
The vacancies include eight positions for Master and eight positions for Chief Engineer. Candidates applying for the Master post must hold a First Class Certificate of Competency (Deck Officer) or an equivalent qualification, while applicants for the Chief Engineer post must possess a First Class Certificate of Competency (Marine Engineer Officer) or an equivalent certification.
Both positions carry a salary scale of Tk 84,000–130,710 per month.
Interested candidates must submit the prescribed application form along with required documents either by email or hard copy. Applications can be sent to gm-spd@bsc.gov.bd with a copy to spd@bsc.gov.bd, or by post to the General Manager (Ship Personnel), Bangladesh Shipping Corporation, BSC Bhaban, Saltgola Road, Chattogram.
The application fee is Tk 2,000, and the deadline for submission is June 21, 2026. Application forms are available on the websites of the Ministry of Public Administration and Bangladesh Shipping Corporation.
